This is the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They repaired my wallet under warranty free of charge 3 times. It's a coach outlet item I believe so I have no idea how they have the resources to continue repairing my wallet. This has really made me love the brand and this store really goes above and beyond, best experience ever

Extremely rude and unhelpful. The associate didn't even respond to me greeting them not even a smile.

Extremely rude staff. Went to browse some handbags, the males associate would quickly follow and rearrange the display afterwards. Bad retail experience due to the workers.

Horrible customer service. Went in and and the lady didnt even acknowledge me or anything. She was on her phone the whole time and said nothing even after making eye contact with me. She went closer to the back of the store to do whatever she was doing on her phone. Left the store and came back after ten minutes with a friend to show them a purse I was thinking of purchasing. Same result, the girl was just on her phone this time taking photos of the purses and not even acknowledging any of the other customers or myself. There was a guy this time though who just followed us around the store and didnt say anything. He wasnt dressed in their business uniform. But proceeded to make the whole shopping experience terrible. Never coming back to this store and will advise others not to do so.
