Awful customer service. Would buy online next time just to avoid this bad experience again. I returned some stuff and the sales associate even didnt look at me. Her face and body language showed that she was not happy that I retuned my purchase.

It was super busy in the store but we still got good service. My wife picked out a wallet and they offered to give a new one so its in its best condition. It was super hot in there so props for the staff not melting.

I went there to buy some gifts for my sister and my mom. There were 4 sales people compiled all in the middle, talking and didn't even greet me or anything, I guess they were prejudging me because based on how I dressed I looked like the person who can't afford stuff. Then, I was checking in on some bags and I finalized my decision on which ones I want. The only reason this gets a 1 is because the lady who came up to me was polite and very helpful, though the other 3 just continued conversing each other, when they should be entertaining people if they need help or anything.
