Wow, get to the store and the employee is busy playing on their phone. Not even aware that I'm waiting in line. Huge regret coming to this location

Edit: Dropped to 1 star. 4 weeks I've avoided this location altogether. From the owner response I thought staff would have been given the feedback so I tried again. Got a tea latte, paid extra for the dairy alternative again and this is what I got (photo). I guess it's a little fuller than in the past so that's a start.. ---- Not sure if it's policy for this location to never fill the cups full... But I've been here about 6 times for a large latte with oat milk (you charge more for the oat milk..) and the latte is always about an inch from the top of the cup. I try to avoid this location, no other Tim's does this and most of them seem to carry soya milk as an option. If there wasn't a lineup in the drive thru behind me today I would have asked them to fill it up. Consistently and only at this location do I have this issue, and because I get charged extra for the dairy alternative it just annoys me!!
