We came in here for our usual Saturday meal and specifically told the cashier that we were dining in as we always do, but when I went to the counter to get our food, it was in a take out bag and our drink cups were in a drink tray... I honestly wonder why they ask if the order is dine in or to go when they package every order for every customer as a take out order! Very good food, but very poor service

i was picking up a doordash order here today (april 20th) and was completely ignored by the staff for 10 minutes until my order was ready. during the time i was waiting for my order to be complete i saw an employee with the name tag TIGER demonstrate poor hygiene practices. TIGER would wipe her hands on her clothes (on her behind area) while handling food and working the fries area. i was completed disgusted when she would touch the food with no gloves or wash her hands after wiping her hands in such an area.

Nov 17 and im really hungry and i ordered the king meal with vanilla ice coffee and the coffee was tasteless, they did not even stirred the coffee. Bad service

The food was served fast ... but it was terrible.... my fries were cold and like cardboard , overcooked ( brown color) impossible to eat ...
