Came in with a 6-item order: 2 Oreo blizzards, 2 strawberry cheesecake blizzards, a blizzard of the month and a strawberry shake. It was super busy when we got there and there was a long lineup both inside and in the drivethrough, so I was expecting a wait. After placing my order, I waited for twenty minutes. Everyone in the drivethrough was served, as well as a half dozen people that came in line after me. Finally I went up to the counter to discover that not only had they not even started my order, they had cleared it as having been completed and were never planning to make it. When they did finally start making it, only one staff made the order and another four stood in the kitchen chatting. I understand that it's getting nice out again, so things will be busier than usual, and that lots of staff are new, but this was ridiculous and very frustrating. We were offered an apology that seemed more embarrassed than apologetic, but no staff seemed to take credit for the mistake, and clearly nobody was interested in rectifying it.
