Do not use this company. We hired them to dig & set 18 fence posts with two stipulations - 70 centre to centre (we pre-measured and marked) and 6' above grade. Neither measurement was met, ranging from 66-75 apart, and 58-7' high. Anything over 72 apart means we have to buy 8' stringers instead of 6' (more $), and the three posts under 6' means my entire fence has to be shorter or I have to dig them out to raise them. The main guy was rude to both myself and my husband. The only information we were provided with was that the machine needed 40 of clearance, not that his bit is 9. Regardless, he should have been able to get within the requested 7 of our neighbour's fence with a 9" bit - the first hole was dug just over a foot inside our property line, and only once my husband was firm with him on the phone did he re-do it and get it to 8. There were issues at every turn. This guy complained about roots, the vines on our neighbour's fence, the location of where we wanted the holes, how far apart they were spaced, the height of a completely unrelated section of fence. He should have come and looked at the property beforehand rather than showing up on the day and complaining. He also didnt notify us that hed need to use a 5-gallon bucket of water on each post, which we were expected to supply. Our grass was left torn apart & caked in clay from his machine. He left cigarette butts strewn around the property and his empty water bottle on the ground (its Covid, clean up after yourself). We had underpinning done on our foundation last fall, and they did less damage to our yard than this guy. He also knocked over my neighbours planter & smashed her downspout guard trying to park his trailer. The cherry on top was his demanding cash upon completion and adding a $50 fuel fee to the invoice, neither of which had been discussed when booking. If my husband hadn't been at work and had a chance to review the work done, we wouldnt have paid him a cent. He's sloppy and unprofessional. The only good things I can say are that they showed up on time, the assistant was very polite, and the posts are straight. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to deal with someone who takes pride in their work and can follow basic instruction.
