        I will never deal with CIBC Wood Gundy ever again! I stopped getting statements so I called and after 3 more calls someone finally called me back. They informed me ( after a week later) that my broker had retired and my account was frozen. No one ever tried to contact me or anything. Ive been trying for over 2 months now to get MY MONEY out. I dont think they want to give it to me! I had RRSP s In The Royal and TD banks and received a check within One week of closing those accounts. This is a joke already

        An employee here by the name of Chandra is easily one of the most rude and unprofessional individuals I have come across in this type of capacity. I recommend taking your business elsewhere, the overall experience was terrible.
