I've worked with Devon Welch for just over six years now and he has been nothing short of fantastic. I've always felt in good hands. He takes the time to explain things and I never feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions. Devon is a wealth of knowledge and has an abundance of resources at his disposal. He's always easy to get ahold of and responds in a timely manner. 10/10.

I have known Lei since the day he started in the Financial Services Business I can confidently recommend him and his staff to any one who wants an honest opinion and a plan that is tailored to their needs He does not just plug numbers into a program he actually understands that every one has different needs and goals and designs the plan accordingly. The commitment that his staff and himself have shown to continuing education is also very reassuring so that you know you are getting advice through knowledge and experience and not the latest trend or product that someone is pushing. Lastly about the experience of visiting his office is what one would expect, professional and comfortable from the minute you walk through the door. The office manager Marg is just the best and really gets things done.

Highly Recommend!! My family was looking for a good Personal Insurance / broker who is genuine and knowledgeable when it comes to Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Mortgage Insurance. We had met with different brokers but the advice we had received was either misleading while others did not have sufficient knowledge and experience. So we continued to look until our realtor referred us to Lei Ren. When we met and informed him what we needed, he was able to advise us accordingly. Every question we had, he clarified for us and because we had already applied for both mortgage and life insurance - he even advised that our life insurance was sufficient to cover our mortgage and therefore we did not need both insurances. We canceled our mortgage insurance to only remain with life insurance. In addition, he helped us evaluate out situation as business owners and we were able to choose the best coverage. He is not after gaining from selling insurance to people but educating on the benefits of one over the other and letting the client make their decision. We have learnt a lot from him and it is a privilege to have him as our insurance broker and advisor.
