        Used Bob years ago on a commercial mortgage. He was very easy to deal with. His rates reflect the circumstances and When I ran into financial difficulty he was more than awesome in the circumstance. I highly recommend him as he's upfront about everything.

        BE AWARE! This company will rip you off of everything you have, especially if you're in dire straits. The owner is Bob Freed (Robert JB) and he's responsible for my extreme debt, as far as I'm concerned. I will be dead before I've paid my debts, I was recommended this company (BOB FREED) through Citifinancial and they must be in some sort of partnership to extort any $ that they see fit. The company also has an alternate name, EXPRESS MORTGAGE COMPANY! I don't recommend either company to anyone, unless you want to loose the shirt off your back. They should be out of business, I don't know how this man sleeps at night! And if you try and google his name, nothing comes up. They aren't even accredited by the BBB~
