Unable to get through on the phone. Rdiculous to have to wait for a customer service rep to speak to when all you want to ask is the hours for a holiday.

While the tellers and staff I have encountered at this branch are friendly and helpful, it is always difficult to make appointments unless you go in person. You can not call the branch directly, unless you have have the code number of a person. I recently cashed in a RRSP and was told I would have to pay a $50.00 fee. On top of their unbelievably low in interest rates, that was the last straw. Taking my business to a Credit Union. More accessible and almost 3X the Scotia rates.

I just joined Scotiabank and at this branch about a month ago, and I have had nothing but good service. The employees at this location are super friendly and helpful. The manager even gave me a courtesy call. I also like to note that their Facebook team is excellent. I have had several questions, and their Facebook team have always gotten back to me very fast and have always provided me with the information that I was looking for. Great service! I am glad I switched over from my other bank to to Scotiabank.
