I placed a call to this office. My file was previously with Donna Taplin at the Taylor location. Now that she is retired, my file was placed with an advisor at the Gamble location. I do not have a vehicle and cannot access that location and asked that my file go back to the Taylor location, preferably with a female advisor. I was told rudely that there were NO female advisors by a woman who spoke importantly over me, lecturing me that they did not choose advisors by gender. Any woman that has been mansplained can understand why I might request this. She evidently does not. To be shabbily treated in this way is upsetting. But I get it: money doesnt have feelings. Still waiting to see if my crummy little file will be transferred.

Declined opening up my account because the agent was "too busy" for people not in his niche market as I am not a business owner. Didnt even recommended me to a different agent.
