        I was looking at financing a vehicle with a rebuilt title, Kerri from AFS told me after being previously asked that you guys do finance rebuilt title vehicles and that id hear back the next day. After almost a week of no response after attempted calls and messages on my end she asked if I had a co signer which i already said i dont have one on a previous call I replied no. After another week of no response I ask how i have no heard a reply from AFS yet as it looks very bad on you, to then be told the next day finally that i wasnt approved i can only assume is because of the rebuilt title on the vehicle. Terrible customer service. Very slow responses, and very unprofessional.

        They lend ppl money but do not pay their dealers in a timely fashion therefore if something is consignment ppl are left wondering if they have been screwed over by the dealer. We have been waiting over a month for our money and I guarantee you they are charging interest to the customer for one that they are still gaining interest on.....doesn't sound very honest or professional to me!
