Vipond - First for Fire, Life Safety & Security

Don't answer phones (landline or cell), don't reply to voicemail, don't reply to email, can't fill out their own forms (data in the wrong fields, data changes every time they re-submit), don't know how to use their software (need to get IT involved to add a comment, adding the comment changes the data in the rest of the report including the date). I was dealing with the inspection manager, Mike and the service manager, Andre, so the rot starts at the top. We were surprise inspected by the Fire Department and their reports and stickers failed so we were fined, their response wasn't fast enough so we were fined again. Terrible company, can't believe they're responsible for "life safety". Andre eventually got me straightened out. Reply to the owner: In all of the reviews I've done, your response was the worst I've ever received from an owner. Typically, they give me a public email address (ie: info at company name dot com) to reply to to start a dialogue, and then reply with a form letter. Your response is to just keep dealing with the people who have let me down (ie: "Problem with the branch? Just call the branch!"). I can see my review really is accurate, "the rot starts at the top".
