        Wow!!!! The floor show with expert assistance from Cody has exceeded my expectations. We installed carpet in the basement, vinyl in our laundry room/powder room and a runner on our stairs. The quality of materials and installation is superior to what Im used to from other companies. Cody was able to expertly navigate through what we needed and what we wanted. I recommend this company and Cody for all your flooring needs

        Purchased flooring, laminate (goodfellows). The flooring is lifting and coming apart. Absolutely no help from the store, I have never encountered such terrible service. Once you purchase the floor, good luck getting any kind of warranty.

        I have been in the process of renovating my kitchen and have experienced a tremendous amount of disappointment after disappointment. My experience with Harriet at The Floor Show was, however, one of professionalism and consideration! She kept me in the loop with every step and was easy to contact (certainly did not experience that with many other businesses). She was always very friendly and caring. I would definitely do business with her again - it was a pleasure!
