This company was a step above the rest. I work in an Industrial Facility and the work and customer service was the highest we've experienced out of any of the other contractors! Great quality and great customer service!

This company was hired to do work in my building in November 2013. I paid close to $20,000 for the flooring. Upon completion, they didn't even ask if their work was satisfactory and it wasn't. They left a HUGE yellow stain approximately 5 meters long on my floor that makes the floor look dirty. Almost two years later, it is now starting to crack and break apart and chip. I have been relentlessly trying to get ahold of them for the past 2 and a half months and every time I call or email, I get "Sorry Frank is out of the building but he will call you when he gets back." "Frank is away now and is gone all week" "Frank is really busy and doesn't have time right now". REALLY??? This is what you consider good customer service is? I have been nothing but patient and polite to them and apparently they don't care what so ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you want pictures of their work, let me know and I will have no problem sending you pictures of the "quality" of work that they do. Shame on you.
