They didn't order enough flooring materials which prolonged the project as they had to re-order more on the day they were supposed to finish the job. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress to us, specially to our kids. Not ordering enough materials to complete the job in time is unprofessional! Definitely not recommended. Also, they put the same old vent covers after installing the new floor. The old vent covers don't match with the new laminate.

I am having my whole suite redone and had to have everything removed (Wednesday) so they could come in on thursday. I was out of my home so that they could do the flooring. No one showed up and they were not coming till Monday. I am in college and this was my last week a very busy week. I am now out of my home for 4 days before anyone will come to do my floors. Plus the time it takes them to do the floors and the movers to move all my stuff back in. Edit to add: the flooring on my stairs peeled in no time at all.
