Had The Flower Lady do a custom flower arrangement for my gf for Halloween. We wanted something dark and spooky and what we got from her was the opposite. Which, in itself isn't a huge deal. But, she didn't provide any type of vase for an 80$ bouquet of flowers, and she was extremely rude when we called to see if anything could be done. I try to be kind always, and avoid leaving bad reviews, but you can't be that rude to the people who invest money into your services and expect no consequences. Mediocre florist and even worse service. Beware.

I decided to change up my florist for October because my usual florist doesnt do Halloween theme flowers. I decided to try the flower lady and I spoke twice with her on the phone about what I wanted and even included notes about what I wanted. I did give her the chance for some artistic direction but it wasnt nice at all. My BF and I thought the arrangement was completely ugly and didnt follow directions at all and barely any flowers with a lot of fillers. Ruined the whole look and vibe. When I called her she was completely rude and dismissed everything. Promptly ended the phone call without even apologizing. Not worth it.

We have used the Flower Lady for years. She is a little pricey, but always good quality and well worth it. So we were very disappointed when we ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and they never arrived. The were meant to be delivered on a Saturday; we didn't find out until Sunday that she never got them. We contacted the Flower Lady on the Monday and were told that nobody was home and when the driver called, apparently the voice-mail was full. We're not quite sure what that's all about; she has a landline and and old-school answerphone which has never been full in all the years she's been using it. In any event, we questioned why they didn't call us to make alternate arrangements. They offered to deliver on the Monday, but we asked to cancel the order since we had to go out and buy flowers and by Monday the birthday was over. They still tried to deliver on the Monday, my mom refused delivery since we had told her we cancelled the order. To their credit, they did refund our money and we are thankful for that.

after work, I wanted to give my wife a spontaneous bouquet, and after finding this wonderful store on google maps, the wonderful woman seller made a good bouquet, quickly and qualitatively, and the big advantage is that the store is open until 6 o'clock in the evening, you can always stop by after work and buy what You need)
