It's amazing grocery store

Ive been to this location several times now. I will keep coming back. This is a well organized store. The employee(s) take pride in their job and workplace. It is immaculately clean and tidy store. Im always promptly greeted as I enter the store. When asked if I need help finding anything, it is always polite. I absolutely enjoy their English Breakfast tea. (Loose tea). It is always a pleasant shopping experience.

There's a guy that works here that makes clientele feel very uncomfortable. Looks to be 50ish. He is quite rude and accusatory. The other day I saw him following a senior, scowling and telling her she had to pay for what she was grabbing.... there wasn't anything indicating she would not. I've seen him act this way towards numerous customers. He's going to single handedly drive this place out of business. I understand there is a lot of theft there. I used to manage a store next to bulk Barn. It was something we dealt with, but we dealt with it tactfully. Perhaps it's time for more training. Unfortunately this guy might be an owner. If that's the case, yikes. Best of luck
