Our family could not have been happier with EDC ! With all the horror stories about funeral home ripping people off its so refreshing to deal with an "ethical company" First off the price for our Dad's cremation was very reasonable. The Obit and picture tribute they put together to music was so well done and was included in the price ! The staff at EDC were so helpful and friendly! Every time we had a question someone would get back to us right away ! I would highly recommend EDC to everyone!!! Really don't go anywhere else!!!

Very attentive and helpful during a difficult time. The team is very organized, clear about how things work, costs and timing. They communicated at every step, which is really helpful during a stressful time. They also went out of their way to help out given we were working over distances / time zones/ etc. Professional and caring service and very reasonable.

Very kind and compassionate staff. Well organized with answers to all questions. Services and costs all presented beautifully. No upselling and no pressure. It took us a long time to decide on the details for the Celebration of Life and there was no pressure to make decisions. Very patient and understanding.

Ethical Death Care was a wonderful experience for me. They are caring and extremely helpful. No pressure or upselling, only what I wanted and yet helpful guidance for every step including contacting the CRA, CPP and OAS taking so much pressure off of me. Ethical Death Care is absolutely wonderful. I wish I'd know about this company years ago. At every stage they said "We'll take care of that for you," and, what's more, they did. I've dealt with other companies planning arrangement for deceased relatives and experienced the shaming into the "upsell." Ethical Death Care just doesn't do that. They tell you the cost and they advise you of any additional cost. You tell them what you want and they do it. Plain and simple. The photo tribute obituary they create for your deceased loved one is a work of art - I'm still getting raves from friends and family. They streamline the most horrible choices you have to make at the lowest point in your life and they do it both efficiently and well. Sounds weird, but we left our appointment smiling - I recommend Ethical Death Care to anyone who is looking for a company that deals both ethically and professionally with the family of a deceased individual.
