Attended a funeral here end of December 2022. Had to park 6 blocks away on the street because there is only about 15 parking spots provided and walk in -35 for 10+ minutes . There wasnt enough room in the main chapel so many of us had to sit in the family room and couldnt hear much of the service because the coffee maker made horrendous noises , the technical side to the service was awful and not coordinated , music stopped while slideshow of pictures kept going , had to pause and start a new song . I hope they paid nothing for this service ! During such an awful time of loss these sorts of things shouldnt happen .

I have gotten to Harry through many services. The customer comes first especially with the covid19. Well done Friends, thanks.
