Brunet Monuments

I recently purchased a granite marker and am very pleased with the service that I got from everyone there! Their prices are quite reasonable in comparison to the competition, which there is a lot out there! We all need to do a better job of supporting our local businesses so I highly recommend Brunet Monuments to you as the experience was quite nice considering the reasons for being there ( loss of loved one). Their level of professionalism and dedication to getting the job done was beyond our expectations! The building where planning is done is cozy which makes things a little easier when going through the process! They are not pushy at all and the owner Charles did a fantastic job of showing us all possible options! They work with you to make things just right until you are satisfied, which is greatly appreciated! Great job to all staff at Brunet Monuments!

Giselle gave me exceptional service and went out of their way to assist me My bronze marker was ordered and delivered in a timely manner and was half the price of what I was going to be charged here on PEI Thank you Giselle and Charles for your compassion. This is not an easy thing to do, but Brunet Monuments made it a whole lot easier and understood that. They truly care about their clients and the headstone that I chose turned our even better than I could have imagined. They offered alot of different ideas, some that I had not even thought of. The Headstone was totally customized and was perfectly suited to my Parents. We even had a picture on the stone that was taken from my Parents retirement home over looking the lake. The place is not fancy, but the owner Charles was there and dealt with me directly. We walked through there yard and looked at all the different sizes and options available. I got a beautiful stone at a very fair price and some extra's also. I would totally recommend Brunet Monuments and can't thank them enough. PS They even delivered and installed it in Kenora Ontario.

The people at Brunet Monuments are passionate about what they do. We originally went through a funeral home for a monument and found the price to be quite high and their selection was a catalogue. Wanting to look around to see if that was standard, we visited Brunet monuments who were a local place whose sign we often saw. Their setup is not fancy but it is honest, personable, and you feel the passion. When we walked in, the owner met with us to discuss things and showed us actual samples and possibilities. Explaining our father and his passions, he seemed to get inspired and immediately showed us a style and design that he felt would be perfect. We were able to incorporate a metal cross into the monument. I can't tell you how amazing it looked. Their communication was amazing, no gimmicks, no pressure, just desire to serve the community. At some point, the cross had fallen off. We contacted them and without any further discussion, they took it as a challenge and fixed the problem and many years later, no problems!! Oh, another thing, more than half the price than the funeral home.
