        HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My husband and I purchased two pieces of furniture made by Defher Furniture at Leons in October 2021. Upon delivering the pieces, there were seam deficiencies throughout. I reported it to Leons immediately with photos of how poor the workmanship was. To fast track, we only received the covers now. Eleven months later. Worst part of this all? Only three of the four covers were shipped. For any consumer looking to purchase furniture, please do your research and do not purchase from this company. Covid was the reasoning for the delay. Spend your money elsewhere and give it to a manufacturer who provides good customer service, because Defher sure wont!
