EQ3 Ltd.

Looked online and it showed that the Outlet store was open. I arrived (along with two other shoppers) to find it was closed. There was an employee outside who told us it was closed. I was disappointed that I literally drove 20 minutes to find this shop closed. Someone need to update their site. This was Oct 28th (big opening day for new main store at Polo). So checked today and still website does not show this shop is CLOSED.

500 bucks for a damaged coffee table, but wait, it was marked down from 900... Pricing is as sketchy as Victorian surgery... Stairwell great for echos

We had moved and dismantled our old EQ3 simple bed (which is no longer manufactured) and lost a few parts in the process. We had searched online and locally for the parts and were thinking to give up when we decided to reach out to EQ3 directly to see if maybe, just maybe they had extra parts for that bed stowed away somewhere. So glad we reached out! They provided us with the long lost manuals and they had the parts we needed which they shipped to us in Toronto (for a fee). So glad we reached out to them. We'll get a few more good years out of that bed. :) Thank you EQ3 team!
