        Salesperson Norine was very helpful and very accommodating to our wishes. It was a pleasure to shop at Dufresne. Will recommend to all our friends.

        We paid $6500 for a custom-made table and two chairs that was delivered, scratched and marked, so they took the table back to fix it. They returned it even more scratched. We asked for a new table but the manager from their guest care named Armaan fought us all the way. She was extremely rude and kept saying that the marks on the table were in the wood so they couldnt order another table. We were very frustrated so we talked to Janet Patterson; the person that sold us the table. She was amazing and went above and beyond to get us a new table. Dufresne furniture is very lucky to have a person like her working for them!
