        warrenty covers the frame from manufacturer defects. You don't seem to understand a couch should not randomly collapse with a 25 pound kid playing on it. This is not wear and tear. This is a major safety concern to any parent using your products. You should be ashamed for selling such poorly manufactured product. Look at the photo beside the collapsed arm the couch is in good condition. 300 dollar credit is a joke.
