        Leons was great, delivery went well and the couch we bought is good quality. We actually bought it prior to a sale, not knowing the price would drop, and they gave us a store credit for the difference. Would have preferred cash back, but we have more shopping to do, so worked out alright.

        The entire staff from managers, sales people and stock people make a very good case for why AI is going to replace humans. We never encountered anyone who knew anything or who could empathize with our many problems with our item. All of them. So annoyed!
