EXCELLENT company to deal with! All the staff are friendly and know their business! To those complaining that they don't sell to them if they're not "in the business", yes . . . that's what they do. They are a supplier, NOT a retailer. Again, highly recommend. It's great dealing with a local supplier!

I was refused service because I am not "in the business." When I explained that I am looking to purchase materials as a registered/licensed business I was told "you need to be 'in the business,' we aren't going to sell to a plumber." I asked what qualifies as being "in the business" and was told to provide my business's particulars and Jackson George N Ltd would decide whether I could buy from them or not. Not selling to the public I understand, but refusing to sell to another business because our business is not "in the business" is unreasonable.
