        Bad gas last summer. Worst customer service, as they gave me the run around after contacting head office about the issue... eventually they told me there wasn't anything they would do for me. I filled up with gas back in June, pump was a little slow but I didn't think to switch pumps as my little dog who gets anxious was in the car and wouldn't want me to get out again... so I pumped my gas, my automatic vehicle stalled trying to turn left onto side street... sputtered a bit but restarted. I parked - and didn't think anything of it as I had family coming over right away - until the next day when it wouldn't start whatsoever...it would try turn over then just stop... got it towed to the dealership, then had to pay them over $500 to diagnose the problem as bad gas and they drained my tank and replaced my gas....solved the problem and my car starts fine since....however, when I contacted petro with my repair bill and to notify them and have them look into the problem they dragged their feet for months... eventually they told me there was nothing they would do for me... no apology, no this was the issue, no refund for my towing bill or dealership cost to drain their bad gas...just a lot of time and frustration wasted ...but I've learned my lesson...after filling up with petro-canada exclusively for 8-9 years I will no longer be getting gas from them as they just don't care about their customers or gas quality. Be cautious if a pump is ever slow, switch pumps or better yet, switch gas stations. This bad gas situation was specifically at 1622 St Mary's Rd location in South St. Vital Winnipeg but it is Petro-Canada in general and their lousy head office and poor people skills that will forever deter me from any of their locations again. Goodbye Petro, as your corporate culture is that you just don't care and treat faithful customers very poorly. Worst quality gas, poor people skills, horrible experience. Will never do that again!
