Overall Good service. It will be best if atleast they provide shuttle or some kind of ride service. Receptionist helps well.

Contacted for MPI Direct repair claim as they were the only shop accredited to work on my vehicle. Was told parts would be ordered. 3 months later I called, and the parts had not been ordered due to their appraiser "no longer being employed there". I then was told I would be called back when they were, on 3 separate occasions, on none of which they returned my call, or ordered the parts. They then cancelled the direct repair claim without my knowledge, and never called. I had to go back to MPI for another appraisal. All in a complete waste of 5 months, with terrible service. Please, if you value good service, steer clear of this shop. Service: Body & Trim

Worst body shop in the city Ive ever experienced. Took my car there because I was told it was a good body shop. They ordered wrong parts for my car.. didnt even refinish the whole bumper like they were supposed too. And they polished extremely hard and burnt right thru the clear coat on the repainted bumper Good way to cover your tracks guys! Right on! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
