Western marble granite and tile was able to help me out of jam when my previous countertops ordered from another business were placed on back order. The customer service was excellent and I was beyond pleased with the product and install. Only waited a few weeks from ordering to install. Highly recommend.

Hello, We just had Louis and Chris install our countertops this afternoon. They did an absolutely outstanding job on the install. Clean, efficient, and meticulous! On top of this they were both outstanding indivuals, very caring and knowledgeable. They gave us great information on the product and how to best care for it. Id like to thank Jodi for her help and both Jodi and Tom for working on rescheduling our install to a date that worked for us. Buyers are required to leave a review to get a free trivet, which I don't agree with, but here you go. The vanity program is great...but...the pics online are not great representations of the remnants and you have to keep going back to view more (3 at a time and 24 hour notice required). Once installed, we saw that our granite has surface pits which we though would have been taken care of before install. Also, the edge polishing is good but not the best. Overall, not a bad experience but I was expecting/hoping for more. Service: Countertops
