My wife and I wanted to upgrade from a BBQ to a smoker. We went from a nice, propane Weber to a Traeger pellet grill. What a difference in flavor and texture! The staff at Luxe in knowledgeable, patient and helpful. No pushy sales tactics and all around good vibes in the store. The Traeger all natural cleaner is a must. I've never used anything like it. Got my old propane BBQ shiny again. If you go with a larger unit, get it delivered for the extra fee. I couldn't believe how heavy the Traeger is. Won't be easy to steal from our back deck if someone tries which is an added bonus.
