        Large aisles, no crowding. However they are behaving as every other grocery chain and price gouging.

        I was there with my child 3 days ago and there were no shopping carts that were clean or not broken. They were absolutely disgusting!!! No other FreshCo location or grocery store has shopping carts like this! It took me 10 min to find a shopping cart that didnt have a broken lock or straps! How are people supposed to go grocery shopping with their kids when you have no safe, clean shopping carts?!?! Do you want a child to fall out of the cart, be sued and be all over the news?? Its 2023 and grocery stores are making more than enough money to fix the straps on all their shopping carts and to hire someone to clean the carts daily! Freshco Regent is embarrassing compared to the freshco on Henderson. The Hendersons locations carts all have straps and they have very clean carts, because theres people cleaning them regularly. I was told by regent staff that Hendersons newer, so youre telling me that people cant have clean safe carts for their children because its an old location?? Poor excuse, so replace your straps and clean your carts regularly. You guys make millions to make sure you dont end up all over the news!
