Absolutely disgusted , no customer service whatsoever. Giving it 1 star is being to generous!!! I made a mistake booking and contacted right away to cancel absolutely 0 response , when I tried calling the number no answer, text the response didnt even answer my questions & no idea where my refund is or at least a partial refund . Absolutely disgusted

Honestly it's been a wonderful stay here. For the price and location I don't think you can find anything better. I have my own cute private room with free wifi, and free Netflix. The room is private, clean, clean soft bedding, I slept peacefully through out the night. I really couldn't have asked for more. The owner was extremely accommodating for my check in and check out times. Definitely couple and family friendly. I would 100% stay here again. The location is close to the airport, close to McDonald's, timmies and a grocery store right at the corner.

So bad stay there. Just completely wastage of money. Whole night I was sweating. No personal washroom. Washroom was shared by other peoples there. It was unhygienic to our body and health. Even the room was not prepared before arrival The bedsheets and blankets was not clean. The host was living in the same place. Actually it's not hotel it is house. The site was completely different from my expectations.
