        This 9round i love going to when i can.....it gives me diffrent trainers and a diffrent vibe...i usually go to st.vital 9round but mcphillips is always fun and Harder....

        My daughter, bestie and I go everyday to the McPhillips location and we are addicted to the workouts. The trainers are awesome, workouts are fun and we are learning and strengthening ourselves all while having fun!

        Been going to 9 rounds twice a week for just over a month now and its one of my favourite parts of the week ! Coaches are helpful and supportive. Your results are 100% based off the effort you put into it, so the harder you push yourself, the better the results ! Very happy that I made the decision to join the club.
