The gym is great and clean but the girl who opens in the morning Lizzi I believe never shows up. I hope the mangers find a replacement It isn't the first time or the second time maybe 100th time.

The only thing that disappoints me everytime is their hours....They are soo expensive i agree but why their hours are sooo limited even on the weekends when people have plenty of time for their health

Absolutely terrible, I had an extended phone call with a Trainor. The staff seemed helpful over the phone,and they even took my information. The next day, I was met with an uninformed rude staff who definitely dislikes her place of employment, not willing to let me through to try it out. (I am a member of YMCA of 16 years* Highly Recommended) she then wants 26 dollars for a day pass for an under equipt gym from what I could see. I then made my mind up 100% then and there. If the owners of Goodlife want to see their business fall well, they are definitely achieving that.

Best gym I ever been to in Winnipeg! Very quiet and equipment is great. I strongly recommend and service they are amazing and helpful! Simran & willow are the best! Very kind people to talk with
