        I've tried so many different kinds of fitness placesbut I would always lose interest and stop going. 30 Minute Hit is the first place I've stuck to and done consistently for almost a year now! And I don't see myself stopping! I feel so good after a workout, and I really look forward to going. I love that the workout is only 30 minutes so it's easy to fit in after a work day. Even though it's only 30 minutes, I leave very sweaty and sore :) The trainers are all so kind and motivating. I'm so thankful for 30 Minute Hit for making me stronger and helping me feel confident!
