North Star Fitness

Im not one who loves to exercise, I need accountability and the push to work harder and not just take the easy route. I have been seeing Christian for personal training since December and its one of the best decisions I've made. Christian is awesome, listens to your concerns and limitations and plans a program to work for you. He pushes you to do your best and what he knows you are capable of but doesn't push past your limits. He even helps me with my nutrition and keeps checking in on how I'm doing with it. Everyone I've encountered there have been super friendly and it feels like a community there. I fully recommend Northstar fitness and specifically Christian.

Rebecca Franklin is my coach and I couldn't be more pleased with her as my trainer. I came to Northstar Fitness with a health condition that I am currrently on the mend from (for about 2 years prior, I was down and almost out). Now that I am on the road to recovery, I realized that my health had to be a first priority of a very hectic work and personal life that I lead. I explained all of this to Rebecca and what I wanted my own personal goals to be. Rebecca has worked with me to acheive these goals and I am seeing results already. In addition, she accomodates to my crazy schedule to make sure I get my training sessions in each week. I already see that my health is improving and I am getting stronger with each session. Super awesome layout! Highly recommend Rebecca as a trainer! She's my coach and I've had a lot of coaches in my life. By far, she has customized everything so that I will see progress. She listens and encourages me. I'm glad I found her!
