        I went in for a trim to have all the dead/dry ends cut and ended up having my hair butchered along with uneven layers, I at least expected it to feel fresh and healthy afterward, but the stylist literally scorched any bit of moisture out of my hair as she styled it, and now it feels even worse then when I went in. I cried. I see that I am not the only one here who had to mourn their hair.. I don't even want to bother to go back and ask them to fix it. Hard to believe there are 5 star reviews I would assume they must be made up as there are so many poor reviews and I believe them.

        Really bad..washed my hair in just 1-2 minutes was very rude..Didnot cut my hair very well the way i asked aas very rude never and ever going back to this place
