My daughter loves coming here! She will ask persistently for weeks for a visit to what she calls "the spa" to get her hair cut and styled. On our last visit we brought her brother who has a variety of sensory processing challenges and has a really hard time with haircuts (but has hair that grows really fast!). He did so good and actually loved his experience! The stylists are so good at being positive, caring, and playful with the kids, while also being empathetic, mindful, and responsive to comfort levels and preferences. It's about $10 more than we have paid for kids haircuts at other places, but well worth the difference for the happy memories and fun. At the end of the cut, they offer kids a style, colour / sparkle spray, a balloon and lollipop. Definitely encourage other parents to try this out, especially if haircuts have been hard for your child to tolerate previously. We will be going here for all our kids cuts!

Very unprofessional staff, they treat their employees terrible and they come to work hungover and are disrespectful to their employees in-front of customers. the professionalism is completely terrible I would never recommend taking your kids to this salon and have to listen to them treat their staff they way they did in-front of my young children. THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUCH OF BULLIES WHO WHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH KIDS
