First time coming here and oh my goodness I'm obsessed! Honestly, I was very nervous coming here. But my friends kept saying how great this place was, so why not try it! I'm so glad I took that leap of trust and faith by booking in with Jess! She's honestly the sweetest person I've ever met. She made me feel really comfortable in the salon chair and made sure that I understood and was okay with every step that she was doing. Jess was very well educated in terms of coloring and product recommendations. She was very tentative to the pictures I've showed her on my Pinterest board and was very helpful in guiding me to choose the look that would fit my skin tone and face best! The shop is nice and clean, and everyone there welcomes you into the salon with open arms. Leaving the salon, I felt more confident and more trusting towards any stylist here at Amber Joy. You'll definitely see me in the salon chair again soon!

I finally found a new salon and stylist. The stylists work as a team and consult with each other. Ive never had the level of time/detail that Amber and Ailiana provided. A full ten min discussion about process, technique. And Ive never had balayage turn out so well. Ailiana is a dream. True artists and a lovely fun salon. Just go here!
