I always cut my hair there but this time my haircut is horrible. The stylist took very few mins less than 10 mins and only used the shaver without scissors or water or comb. My hair from the top is shaved in very uneven way( like its wavy). Didnt do the front of my hair. Everyone made fun of my haircut!! I will look for a new place to cut my hair next time. I always took my sons to this place but today I was busy so I didnt go with my teenage son because I trusted this place and was surprised to see him back with totally wet hair in -10 degrees. I asked him why his hair is wet and he said I dont know, they said I was done. I called and they told me drying the hair is $10 extra !!! In all my years I have never heard of this. After drying his hair I can see why it was left wet, the cut is a disaster and clearly they didnt know what they were doing. But lesson learned, will go somewhere else to fix it.

The absolute worst haircut ever received. I am not even sure if these hairstylists are trained. I should have walked out the door when she started to use an electric clipper on my long thick hair when i asked for a trim- no sectioning out the hair or anything just thick curly hair and a clipper. The stylist was completely incompetent and took about 3-4 inches off when i asked her to add some layers becuase the clipper left my hair so blunt. She went to give a face framing layer (as i usually get so i agreed) and she gave me a full chin level bang that is uneven side to side. The haircut is choppy, uneven and just terrible. I would have rather tried to cut it myself than ever let one of this girls touch my hair again. Service: Hairstyling
