You find everything you need for your projects, the only thing is that the majority of associates avoid you when you try asking for their help,so is best if you go to the app and know where your items are located and get them yourself.

Great place to find what you need for your home improvement projects. Sometime get the runaround but for the most part very helpful staff.

I went into regent home depot yesterday to buy some solar lights. I went to pay and the pinpad made the noise as if I paid but no receipt came out. the transaction was still on the screen. So I assumed the transaction didn't got through so I put my pin in again. That time a receipt came out. The next day my banking alerted me 2 transactions were purchased at the same amount. So I went all the way back to home depot brought my receipt. I let the customer service know what happened and she said it happened to a lot of people yesterday. And she had to call IT to get it fixed because the network went down. She took a picture of my receipt and said she would call with a incident number. She did. But I still contacted my bank about the situation because I have a feeling I won't get my money back. What's the difference if you just refunded me back the solar lights? Technically I bought 2 packs. But only received one. Right?
