I went to ask if they had any toques in stock. This man, I think his nametag said Garth, was on the phone. he barely looked at me, asked "what", said "check upstairs" and went back to the phone call. after about 40 minutes of searching upstairs, and talking to many different stores, I finally found out that he was referring to his partner company LIDS. As if I would have known what he meant. Rude and terrible customer service.

Very disappointing service from brand. I bought a blue jay T shirt and it turned out to be a very low quality product as the threads started loosening and stitches got undone itself less than a week. They refused to return it even though I showed them the purchase receipt. They said they require the barcode tag on the t shirt. Its ridiculous and very disappointing. Beware guys never go there you will end up with wastage of time and money plus mental harassment.
