I hired Dwayne to install a Google Nest Hello doorbell and I can't say enough good things about Dwayne and Element Heating & AC. First off, he was able to fit me into his schedule for the following day extremely last minute because I was leaving for a couple weeks and wanted to have my Google Nest set up before I left. I realize this is more of a me problem, but Dwayne was super accommodating and I appreciate it more than he knows! My boyfriend and I aren't the most handy of people, and Dwayne took care of everything and explained things in such an easy to understand manner. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient... I honestly could go on and on. Our internet wasn't working great and he was so incredibly understanding. I have had some not so great experiences with tradespeople, that it makes me really appreciate the good ones when they come along. I 100% will be reaching out to Dwayne for any future Nest purchases, as well and any Heating & AC needs. Can't recommend him enough!

Dwayne is fantastic! I initially contacted Dwayne after working with several companies who could not fix a problem I had related to my thermostat. Dwayne responded the same night and was able to fix the issue, and he has maintained this level of service through subsequent calls for different issues. Dwayne was able to provide education and displayed a significant level of knowledge about various heating and cooling systems. I ended up deciding to replace my furnace knowing that my furnace was old, and it was time and I did not feel the slightest bit of sales pressure during this process. Dwayne was solution oriented, explained all costs up front, and I found the quote to be especially reasonable. During installation, Dwayne was very detail oriented and my new furnace looks and works beautifully. I could not be happier with the product and the service Ive been provided.
