Best skate sharpening in WPG and Paul is a great guy! He spent a few minutes post-sharping sharing some knowledge about blades and how they do sharpening differently - really appreciate the customer care. Wait time was +1 hour, though it was expected since it was the weekend and the best in town!

Not the best at trying to help people out. My daughter had a game at century arena. Her skates needed sharpening. I was going to drop the skates off, then take my kid to the rink, then pick up the skates. I called at 2:45 asking about the wait time. I was told 20 to 30 minutes depending, right now 20. I showed up at 3:06 and he tells me 45 minutes. I told him I literally just called and he says in a "I don't care tone", that was an hour ago. What are the options? I told him she has a game at 415. And with a dead pan "don't care" look, he says...another time I guess. Good customer service would be ...you know what, I did say that, let me see what I can do. Wow! So much for trying to do something kind. Part of me thinks it was because I was woman, as he was all smiles and chatty with the males.
