Vivint Smart Home

This is the DUMBEST company, I would never trust them with my home security! They have been harassing me for MONTHS because for some reason they have my phone number attached to someone else's account. I've called several times, and they can't seem to figure out how to take my phone number off, and put the actual clients number as the phone number to call. Zero stars!

The experience we got from Vivint Smart Home was way far from horrible. We closed our account last May 2022, to transfer to another service, We paid off the penalty fee that they have given. In our surprise while we were in our Bank, we found out that we have an unsettled account from Vivint and it was transferred to CBCC and the worse our credit will be affected by it. CBCC keeps on calling, sending messages, emails for that matter. Called Vivint and asks for an explanation, and the explanation was, THEY DID NOT CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT PROPERLY, since 2022. Why? you did not double check the account before sending it to CBCC? How IRRESPONSIBLE this company is! I have the moral obligation to write this review for the future customers to be aware about the situation that Vivint gave us.

I would not recommend at all, just a waste of money and time. Today we have a schedule for their tech to check whats wrong again with our panel it just keeps beeping and alarming for nothing. They said 4-8 pm today but no call that nobodys coming, they just make us wait for nothing so much time wasted and waited again another hour when we called them, they couldnt even figure where their tech guy went. So unprofessional and so much trouble it costs us we are very disappointed. Paying 70 plus per month for a very bad service. We cant wait to finish our contract. Poor and bad service. So if you want Headache this ones the perfect choice!
