Unethical company. Moved into our new house earlier this year and, to my dismay, I kept getting all these extra charges throughout the building process. Unacceptable! To future prospective buyers - look for the court cases against GINOs in the courts of King's bench.

On the day we went to pick up our keys, Ginos required us to sign a document that promises we will not leave any negative reviews. No signature = no house keys. Never trust a builder that does this. Many of their positive reviews are from their own contractors and employees. In my opinion They are a below average, very expensive builder.

Gino's is an average builder with above average lawyers. Nothing about the homes suggest a "premium" builder. Gino's will nickle and dime you till the end, and when questioned regarding additional charges, will respond with labour and material shortages, and, "you signed the contract." I would recommend any of the Qualico builders over Gino's. Better customer service, and they seem to have more clout with the trades, prompting better service.

Gino Home's service is a disaster. They are very unorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Gino Home's also takes so long to respond to emails and when they do, they lose track of previous requests/inquires and force us to reissue the request and wait another few weeks for a follow up. If you do get a home from them, please keep track of the numbers; credits and upgrades, because for some reason, they only keep track of charges and NOT your credits.
