We met Don McDonald and Lisa Castro with Sterling Homes to work with Oak Bluff new built house. Lisa is extraordinary knowledgeable and explains everything stage by stage patiently and she always be with you until you move in and take care of your all concerns. The best thing I have seen and really surprised that if you ask any question and messaged to her and you would receive a reply message... in next business day...after 5hrs... No..ooo.... you would receive reply right away. Don and Lisa are the excellent sales team and they make their customer happy. I would highly recommend to my friends building new homes with Lisa and Don. Basically, at the end of this home process you would feel that both became your family members. That's the feel I got. We have bought a brand new house that was still in the process of construction. Sterling homes provided the best experience: all representatives of the company are very polite and always here to help with all related concerns. The integrity and dedication that the company brings to the work is shown through everything they do. During the construction process we were welcome to come and see the whole process, it was great experience that we was never offered before! The quality of materials and attention to details were up to par. It is also very important to mention that company was very accommodating, as they moved the possession date on earlier date. And it was so helpful, since we sold our house and needed to move sooner. Our agent Lisa helped us so much in this respect, she talked to the builder and they were able to move possession date that we can actually move one month earlier. And of course Lisa is a wonderful realtor that did so much to us that we could not even imagine. There is nothing impossible for Lisa, she is a professional and we are very grateful that we met her ! We could not think of better outcome! People at this company is incredible and do everything to help you out! Service: Home building
