        We bought a Broadview by Qualico home 6 years ago. It was 10 years old at the time. Outwardly nice looking, when we decided to finish the basement we quickly learned looks can be deceiving. The basement plans do not align with the actual basement at all. In fact its like a different house. All the beams and ductwork are badly done necessitating ridiculous bulkheads. Our builder found serious issues with the staircase. This house should never have passed inspection but was likely signed off as part of subdivision development. People looking to buy any Qualico product should forget a home inspector. Bring an open reel measuring tape and a qualified plumber and electrician along for inspection. We would not have bought if we had. I would give zero stars if I could.
