        I have lived here for the past 2 1/2 years. Everything is great here. One major, major problem is that this complex is wood frame. I hear my neighbour above me walking at all times during day or night. Very thin walls and ceilings which makes living here less enjoyable. Highly recommend you do your due diligence or buy a condo on the 4th floor.
